Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mantrum Holidays website (mantrumholidays.com) and the travel services provided by us. By using our website or booking a trip with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment
  • The balance amount must be paid before the trip start date as communicated by our team
  • All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transport, and other services
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed

2. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), credit cards, and debit cards
  • A minimum advance of 30-50% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking
  • Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the travel date
  • All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 30+ days before departure: 10% cancellation charge
  • 15-30 days before departure: 25% cancellation charge
  • 7-15 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
  • No-show: No refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

4. Itinerary Changes

  • Mantrum Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, political unrest, or natural disasters
  • In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives at no extra cost where possible
  • Any additional costs arising from changes requested by the traveller will be borne by the traveller

5. Travel Documents

  • Valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all domestic trips
  • A valid passport (with minimum 6 months validity) is required for international trips
  • Visa arrangements are the traveller's responsibility unless included in the package
  • Mantrum Holidays is not responsible for denied entry due to invalid or insufficient documents

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all trips. Travel insurance can be arranged as an add-on to any package. Mantrum Holidays is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the trip that would be covered under a travel insurance policy.

7. Liability

  • Mantrum Holidays acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport, activity operators)
  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers
  • We are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during the trip
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control

8. Code of Conduct

Travellers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, local communities, and service staff. Mantrum Holidays reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a traveller's behaviour is disruptive or harmful.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Mantrum Holidays and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
